A little bit of Javen's activities this morning:
7:00AM- Wake up and play happily in crib for 30min. (YAY for letting me sleep till 7:30!)
8:00AM- Puzzle time. He's pretty hard core about those puzzles. (We MUST clap and shout "YAY!" every time he gets a piece in place. It's an excting time for everyone lucky enough to participate.)
9:00 AM-Watch Sesame Street with Mama and clap after every song. (Do you know how much they sing on this program?! We clapped pretty much the whole time.)
10:00AM-Find small spider on the wall and proceed to talk and play with it until it crawls up the wall to high for him to see anymore. Says"Bye bye, bug!" and walks away. (I think he's ready for a real playmate now!)
10:15AM- Take all books off the shelf and read out loud to himself. Specifically books about animals and cars. (Did you know some exotic birds sound like elephants? Ask Javen, he'll tell ya.)
11:00AM-Play blocks with Mama. (I.E. set all blocks on the floor, then pick them up one by one and hand them to Mama. Then take them one by one from Mama and arrange them on top of the toy chest. Then hand them back to Mama, who puts them back on the floor and repeat for 20 minutes.)
11:30AM Nap time!
He pretty much has me laughing all day. Especially when he does things like talking to spiders. Can't believe he's almost 18 months old!
